Please note that I retain all rights to all art work that I create, even those of sold and commissioned pieces. I retain the right to make reproductions or prints of any and all artwork I create unless the buyer has purchased the full or partial rights to the work (this is in addition to purchasing the original or commissioned pieces). If you’d like to make copies of your commissioned piece for friends and family, a digital file is available for an additional $10. If you’d like to purchase rights for an original, please contact me to discuss.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork without my written permission, and the artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit without my written permission.

Refund, return & cancellation policy

All sales are final. In the case of damage during shipping, please notify me to discuss resending.

Shipping and delivery policy

​

Orders are generally packed and shipped every Saturday. Pre-orders are shipped on the date specified in the pre-order instructions. Your order should arrive within 5-12 days. Art is packaged in a plastic sleeve to protect from water damage and shipped in stiff cardboard photo mailers or cardboard tubing. All packages will arrive via USPS unless other arrangements have been made and discussed with Molly. All sales are final. In the case of damage during shipping, please notify me to discuss resending.
